My background isn't traditional tech. I have a master's degree in law and seven years of project management experience leading teams of 15 across copywriting, design, events, and social media. Those years taught me how businesses actually work - where decisions get stuck, where handoffs break, where hours quietly disappear. That's the foundation everything else is built on.

I quote fixed prices after understanding the scope, not hourly rates, so you always know the total upfront. I'll also tell you when a project isn't worth doing - automation has a break-even point, and cheap processes shouldn't always be automated.
I work with whatever fits your stack. Most automations run on Make, n8n, or Zapier, connected to tools you likely already use - Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Asana, and similar. When off-the-shelf tools can't do what's needed, I build custom integrations using APIs and lightweight code. My goal is to strengthen your existing setup, not replace it.
Not at all. My job is to translate your business problem into a technical solution. You describe what's slowing you down - I handle everything from design to delivery. You don't need to know anything about automation tools.
It depends on complexity. A focused workflow automation can be live in 1–2 weeks. A custom software project typically takes 4–8 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline after our first call - before any commitment.

Every system I build comes with documentation you can hand to anyone - not just technical handoff notes, but clear explanations of what runs when and why. For the first 60 days after launch, fixes and adjustments are included. After that, I offer optional monthly retainers for ongoing support, or you can pay per issue - most clients don't need either because well-built systems are boring. They just run.
